Owner (Company) Profile  Electronic Betting "LAMINA" created in 1957 as a factory designed to produce high-power transmitting tubes and microwave tubes. In 1966 it expanded production profile for the production of high-power semiconductor devices. In 1995, the bank of an amicable settlement, the existing state enterprise was transformed into a public limited company Electronic Betting "LAMINA" SA. Its share capital currently amounts to 10.53 million PLN. Industrial Development Agency SA holds 63.56% shares of the Company. The object of the Electron Plant "LAMINA" SA are: Production of microwave tubes such as magnetrons: tunable agile tubes, amplitrony: wave amplifiers in the microwave band, protection systems applicable to the antenna switch. Second Production of power semiconductor devices such as diodes, thyristors third Industrial Services: chemical treatment, thermo-chemical machining. 4th Non-industrial services: rental of manufacturing, warehouse and office, the resale of the media. The company uses mofern technologies and has a good technical infrastructure. The advantage is also a qualified and experienced staff. Production is carried out with respect to the principles of environmental protection - the company complies with all standards that apply to it in accordance with the decisions of the Governor Mazowiecki (operat air and water permit - legal, permit the generation of waste). Modern sewage treatment works. The plant has quality certificates ISO 9001:2001 and AQAP 2110:2006. In addition to activities aimed at improving existing products, there is work to develop a new range and diversification of production. The company cooperates with scientific institutions such as the Industrial Institute of Telecommunications in Warsaw and Wroclaw, Warsaw Technical University, Institute for Nuclear Studies in Swierk. Some research projects - the development is carried out with funding from the budget the Minister of Science and Higher Education.
