Automotive Equipment Works（電機(jī)設(shè)備公司）現(xiàn)在的形式于1999年確定，歷史可以追溯至1842年，最初是一家私營(yíng)公司。戰(zhàn)后，公司主要生產(chǎn)造船設(shè)備需要的零部件。自1950年以來(lái)，改名為電機(jī)設(shè)備公司，主要生產(chǎn)汽車零部件。Automotive Equipment Works POLMO SA主要從事內(nèi)燃機(jī)排氣系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品、氣壓制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的空氣罐、金屬半拖以及各種汽車金屬零部件的生產(chǎn)，包括汽車、卡車、拖拉機(jī)以及帶有內(nèi)燃機(jī)的其它設(shè)備。 幾年前，公司開(kāi)始改組、重大投資項(xiàng)目，翻新設(shè)備、部門重組，引進(jìn)世界先進(jìn)技術(shù)。如今，公司建成了大規(guī)模的現(xiàn)代化生態(tài)油漆車間，專為新一代壓縮空氣罐和儀表控制工具表面進(jìn)行噴漆和粉漆處理。公司的產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)給國(guó)內(nèi)汽車生產(chǎn)商或其它零部件的主要供應(yīng)商，出口歐洲的產(chǎn)品不斷增加。此次計(jì)劃出售公司85%的股權(quán)。

Owner (Company) Profile  Automotive Equipment Works operate in its present form since 1999. Company history dates back to 1842, where he began as a private company doe. In the postwar years the subject of production in factories was accessory to the shipbuilding industry. Since 1959 acting as a Motor Equipment Works begins production of components for the automotive industry. Automotive Equipment Works POLMO SA specializes in the production of exhaust systems for internal combustion engines, air tanks for air brake systems, metal semi-trailers and various kinds of automotive metal parts for use of these products, both for cars and vans, trucks, tractors, mopeds and working machines with internal combustion engines. The Company has in recent years carried out extensive restructuring and made significant investments. Refurbished machinery, reorganized departments, which introduced innovative technologies. The company has also recently thoroughly modernized with modern large-size and ecological paint shop for painting the surface coatings (KTL) and powder paints and a new generation production line for compressed air tanks and instrumentation department performing tool for both business needs and for sale. Company's products go to the domestic vehicle manufacturers or their major suppliers of components and increasingly for export to European countries. The subject of sale is a package of 85% of the shares of the Company.
