招標公告

根據(jù)《中華人民共和國政府采購法》、《中華人民共和國政府采購法實施條例》和財政部令第87號《政府采購貨物和服務(wù)招標投標管理辦法》等有關(guān)規(guī)定, 受采購人委托，現(xiàn)就三門縣中心幼兒園廚房設(shè)備采購項目進行公開招標采購，歡迎符合條件的潛在投標人參加本項目投標。

一、項目編號：三招采-2019-GK046號

二、招標項目概況（內(nèi)容、用途、數(shù)量、簡要技術(shù)要求等）:

本項目預(yù)算為 nbsp;600000元。

招標內(nèi)容主要包括：三門縣中心幼兒園廚房設(shè)備采購項目所包含的的設(shè)備材料的設(shè)計、制造、供貨、備品備件的提供、運輸、裝卸、管理、就位、安裝、產(chǎn)品保護、調(diào)試、試運行、通過有關(guān)部門檢測（含化學(xué)檢測）、有關(guān)行業(yè)專管部門驗收、售后服務(wù)、維保、培訓(xùn)、修復(fù)安裝時被破壞的建筑和裝修、清除并處置安裝過程中產(chǎn)生的垃圾等工作，并保證設(shè)備使用的安全性與可靠性。

三、合格投標人的資格條件：

（1）符合《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規(guī)定的條件；

（2）投標供應(yīng)商的特定條件：

投標人具有工業(yè)和商用電熱食品加工設(shè)備生產(chǎn)許可證、消毒產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)衛(wèi)生許可證及燃氣燃燒器具安裝維修資質(zhì)證書。

（3）本項目不接受聯(lián)合體投標。

四、招標文件獲取的方式、時間：

1、獲取方式：網(wǎng)上直接，地址為http:// www.zjzfcg.gov.cn和http://www.smztb.com。

2、獲取（公告）時間：2019年07月30日至2019年08月20日

五、投標截止及開標時間、地點：

本次招標將于2019年08月20日星期二 nbsp;09:00時整在三門縣廣場路22號交通大樓四樓開標室開標，請在此時間前將投標文件送達開標地點，逾期或不符合規(guī)定的投標文件恕不接受。

六、投標人信用信息查詢渠道及截止時點、信用信息查詢記錄和證據(jù)留存的具體方式、信用信息的使用規(guī)則：

1、查詢渠道：國家企業(yè)信用信息公示系統(tǒng)（http://www.gsxt.gov.cn/index.html）。

2、截止時點：開標后評標前。

3、信用信息查詢記錄和證據(jù)留存的具體方式：由采購組織機構(gòu)在規(guī)定查詢時間內(nèi)打印信用信息查詢記錄并歸入項目檔案。

4、使用規(guī)則：對列入失信被執(zhí)行人、重大稅收違法案件當(dāng)事人名單、政府采購嚴重違法失信行為記錄名單及其他不符合《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規(guī)定條件的供應(yīng)商，將被拒絕其參與政府采購活動。

七、相關(guān)注意事項：

1、供應(yīng)商認為采購文件使自己的權(quán)益受到損害的，可以自收到采購文件之日（獲取/發(fā)售截止日之后收到采購文件的，以獲取/發(fā)售截止日為準）起7個工作日內(nèi)且應(yīng)當(dāng)在采購響應(yīng)截止時間之前，以書面形式一次性向采購人和采購代理機構(gòu)提出同一環(huán)節(jié)的質(zhì)疑。否則，被質(zhì)疑人可不予接受。質(zhì)疑供應(yīng)商對采購人、采購代理機構(gòu)的答復(fù)不滿意或者采購人、采購代理機構(gòu)未在規(guī)定的時間內(nèi)作出答復(fù)的，可以在答復(fù)期滿后十五個工作日內(nèi)向同級政府采購監(jiān)督管理部門投訴。

2.根據(jù)《浙江省政府采購供應(yīng)商注冊及誠信管理暫行辦法》浙財采監(jiān)【2009】28號文件，請各談判響應(yīng)供應(yīng)商及時辦理浙江政府采購網(wǎng)“政府采購供應(yīng)商注冊”手續(xù)。
